Heard rumor that all of customer care was laid off......fact or rumor?

Customer Care was a group that started orders for inside sales and account managers sometimes. They also tried to handle billing issues for customers as well. That group is or was a very real group, not very good at what they did, but they do exist all the same. If you don’t know who they are or that they exist we at least know you don’t work in any of the repair teams. Repair knows care and the answer teams are equally as worthless

Windstream has customers, otherwise why would the Energizer bunny President over enterprise & wholesale RIP into Sales about losing to many customers.
No customers - no need for Customer Care. LOL. The implosion of WIN continues - I had no doubt it would.
There is still Customer care team in Rochester made up of 10-15 people. I am not sure if they have also been notified but the 1st floor of the Windstream building is clearing out this week. Half the those people were displaced not sure if they were all let go or work from home.
people love to talk about things they know nothing about. customer care is the legit dept. name, if you look on the org chart under E* O = SVP-Cust Care and Svc Assur. yes, the enterprise domestic sites were given notice. Hiawatha Iowa and Arab Alabama for sure. the Charlotte, Cornelius, and Georgia groups are still in tact i believe. as they were not enterprise (perhaps wholesale and residential).
Customer care is located in Charlotte, Georgia offices and Cornelius. There is another center in Montego Bay Jamaica, but they are not suppose to be doing good. It doesn't make sense that the office with the worst staffing problems would get the full Customer Care calls.

Customer Care is a funny term. There is a grooms group that does cfa changes during the day with out any customer notification at all. And it's a lot of DS1's everyday. Seen a lot of customer reported outages on these

Fact, three locations, I believe 30+ people. Last day is July 27 and jobs are being moved overseas.
Which customer care?? I wasn't aware their was a department called customer care. That name is long gone
C-appy company forged by terrible leaders. Needs to fold and restart with leaders who know the industry and customer service. No just fools that follow a clown. Sorry for the few employees left that at one time cared.
What customer care? Just empty words. What they may refer to as customer care is half a?§ at best and useless on top of that! Best in customer experience is a joke, no one cares about our customers or the employees, they are just numbers on a ledger sheet to fool the bankruptcy court and pay the top executives their unearned bonuses. The plan is to ruin what was good and finish with a bang up full fledge ch 7, nothing else makes sense. Why else would TT destroy the few good parts of the company that are left!
