Is there any way to repair our image with the customers?

Stop suing them? Quit the constant invasive audits and blackmail tactics in a feeble attempt to boost revenue? Answer the phone?
These are a few of my favorite things...
Getting rid of the 3 stooges and their goons would be a start, but even then it would require a superhuman effort.
