If I leave Target (would be quitting on my own) how long would I have access to Target My Workday Login. Is the access going to be disable by Workday immediately? How about other sites and accesses I have - are they gonna be disable immediately (e.g., email access login, etc.) - I guess my main question is bout Workday but I am curious about other access as well.

Not sure if this is universal and applicable to all stores and job types but at my store you need to go into the store to get your final check, it will be a paper check. All system access is disabled immediately after you are separated, so if your last day is Monday, as soon as you clock out on Monday your access to all systems and logins is disabled, again, this includes Workday.
You need to get that paper check even if you use direct deposit, that last check is different.
Also, that last check will have your vacation time paid out to you as well - so everything will be bundled. I am not in IT and I do not know how IT systems work, but again going back to your original question, Workday will be disabled immediately and you will lose access to it as soon as you are separated ed from Target.
