NOV is in bad shape because of inept management in Houston & in the plants. Promotions based on butt kissers, friendship & nepotism. People at all levels taking kickbacks for work that should be done in-house, putting themselves above the good of the company. NOV the perfect example of how not to run a corporation!!!!!

This is true. Seen this type of favoritism in my shop. It's totally and utterly ridiculous. They reap what they sow.
