Having been gone for a few years I can say that NOV manufacturing is an absolute joke... across the board. Scheduling, buyer/planner, execution, waste - all of it. It's no wonder they're struggling so much. The need to stop promoting the "good performers" and get some real manufacturing professionals in there to clean that place up.
When will it start, before or after the 4th of July?
It’s fab that way at NOV corporate wide, incompetent people in charge at a lot of plants & in Houston!
Last minute pushes for equipment. Or just terrible planning. What’s new. That place has always ran like that.
How are they hearing up for a layoff? In what way?
