Thread regarding Weatherford International Ltd. layoffs

Is there any hope

Does anyone have any positive info about weatherford and what direction they are headed in? Where will they be in a year or two? Do employees get out or stay? Will the paychecks keep coming or will they not be able to pay you one day??

Is there any hope? You are whiner/loser. Put on your big boy pants and take care of yourself and don’t depend on the comments on this worthless site to plan your career. I saw the light four years ago, sold all my stock and moved on in life. On occasion, I waste my time checking this site to see what nitwits are still clutching onto to the WFT short hairs. There is life after WFT.

Its really hard to manage a bunch of incompetent boobs that really have no other skills other than taking a bad situation and making it worse. From now on i want all company vehicles in the yard every evening and turn in your cards you can check fuel cards out in the morning with admin. This includes sales. And no more lunches unless they are existing current customer. Keep running your mouths we will have you riding bicycles

"All hope is gone" when a service comapny loses focus on the service, and more concerned about adding levels of approvals to get the equipment for us to service, then there is no point of hoping. At this point the competition doesn't have to beat our prices, they just beed to beat our manufacturing times.

Payroll money is in the bank, hahah. If a WFT manager said it it must be true. just like the re accruing benefits of the transformation and the 150 million in free cash flow. Ohh wait I forgot the 150 was from not paying vendors, and skipping scheduled maintenance. Easy to pretend to be rich when you don't pay your bills.

Looks like the incompetent management is on this site. Hi guys! Just remember before you put your WFT management experience on your CV, WFT is the most mismanaged oilfield Services company in history. And you ...Yes you.. are the problem. GFY

Everything is going to be the payroll money is in the bank. Just keep doing your job and let management do the thinking. Or you can quit if it bothers you

You just never know when payroll will stop. Bust rest assured it will sooner rather than later. On the positive side executives got retention bonuses to remain, and you remain in their very capable hands. The team with the winning track record. One WFTIF (Weatherford is F&%*d).
