Will the voluntary retirements happen before or after closing? For Oxy and Anadarko?

Uhhhh.....so you people arrogantly spout off about posting whatever you want when someone references this as a layoff board and claim you have free speech to post what you want and other people can shut up? No doubt at all with that level of hypocrisy.
Uhhh the OP asked about VOLUNTARY RETIREMENTS. And yes, the Oxy employees who will be getting a fat retirement package including medical insurance for life in exchange for voluntarily walking away and saving someone else's job absolutely DO deserve it. Geez.
Can you share which departments are most impacted?
