Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

How effectively does DXC and/or your manager take action on the feedback you provide?

My experience - if 'reacting' requires any effort or budget spend there will be no action.

Your thoughts?

I am not a management stooge. But because ML had his girlfriend cut his steak is so old news and makes no difference in the way we’re treated it’s ridiculous.

So what he’s dominant with his girlfriend. I don’t give a rats a$$ about that. I care about pay increases for us, working conditions, RIFF’s for redundancy that does t really exist

Quite clearly @ZCQjQ2L-Dydt is a management stooge that supports Mikey and the cutter of steak. We can stop making references to the steak cutter when it is proven that Mikey does not need someone else to cut his steak.

STOP STOP the steak cutter references, its OLD news and doesn't help anyone with anything.

Feedback is accepted with glee but filed in the too hard basket because thinking about employees (who are they?) is just too hard for the CEO and their HR steak cutter. More productive to review how to fleece employees (aka slaves) and hoodwink shareholders.

DXC is good at moving loyal managers to cushy roles and then planting a dud manager that has no choice but to WFR hard-working yet decent employees that are putting in 150+% each week. So many dunderhead managers are promoted beyond their level of competence.

On the bright side reading Dilbert cartoons provides comic relief.

My manager is really good.

Execs are not good.

They don't; part of the reason why is because they have responsibility without authority - never a good combination.

I've asked my manager repeatedly to inquire why we've never seen the results of the employee Pulse Survey which undoubtedly were brutal. Has never gotten back to me.

I wouldn’t know, they laid off my portfolio manager a few months ago because he made too much money. I haven’t had a real manager since. I’ve unfortunately inherited his and my design managers work when he also left. Do you think I got a dime compensation? Nope, just more work and the expectation that I’ll get it all done.

This is truly a horrible company.

Feedback does not compute in DXC, but the direction from HR is to fire the feedback provider.
