Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

It is only when you are fired that you see the true face of DXC - and it is evil

Best thing that happened to me last week was that I lost my last piece of naivity still left and found out that DXC is even more wicked and evil then I had imagined. So better to be warned! They squeeze people out like lemons but and will despite of all the efforts and sacrifices made for the company - trow you out like garbage. A former colleague of mine got fired although she was doing a very good job, and even did not get the legal required package she was entitled to.

So now through her i have seen how the face of DXC looks like when you are on the other end - DCX s;face is that one of a psychopat. They don't even care for their good people. Ones you are trown out like garbage, they will even try to avoid to pay the required compensation. Now she is even intimidated not to take furter steps

LOL - You think that's bad ?

I quit at the end of 2016. I had 2 weeks of vacation left (10 days), so my last 'working' day in the office was the 16th December, then I had two weeks off. A couple weeks later, DXC/HPE stated they'd overpaid me, as I hadn't worked the whole month. I questioned said idiocy, and they basically responded that as I hadn't worked the 31st (a Saturday), I hadn't earned the whole month's worth of vacation, thus I was a day short. So they pegged my last day 'working' as the 29th, insisted I pay the extra 2 days back, and cheated me out of the 401k match for the year. Nice ending to 22+ years...but sadly, I wasn't nearly as surprised as I should have been.

Two and a half years later, they still haven't furnished me with a corrected W2, or Social Security/Medicare statements correcting what they reported versus what they actually paid.

If only this company spent as much time working on supporting its employees and clients as it does on screwing them over, it would be looking at a much brighter future.

Still, leaving was the best decision I made, hard to watch my long time friends and colleagues go through the pain they are experiencing today...but the writing was on the wall a long time ago.

I always thought from the very beginning that the logo looked like a demonic symbol. Very ominous.

The best thing you can do is move on as quickly as possible. Would you really want to work for an organisation that would treat their people like this? The same happened to me about 4 months ago and I've moved on. Given some time you will to.

To be honest I'm hoping the whole organisation goes belly up but I don't think that will happen any time soon.

Believe me, inside it is bad, but once they can squeeze you out - it is just evil. They lie and sheet and try to get money out of your pockets if they can. No values at all!

Can only recommend people to leave asap, and stop running as blind sheep because of the fear of leaving.

The face of DXC is a dog's backside and what comes out of it.
