Most of the company operations people have been out of stores so long they don't realize what is happening as a result of fewer hours. The need for new blood in R.I. is mandatory! Huddles with yourself!

They are open for all employees to join in person if near WOONSOCKET or listen to. You can also submit questions ahead of the call for the c-suite team. If you’re curious ask your DL. They are held typically the same day or day after the earnings call.

My district doesn’t even have Confrence calls anymore, much less meetings.

Yes what is this? We barely have any store meetings as it is, so if this is some new corporate initiative to get store teams more engaged, sorry we don't have time for that. Too busy trying to get stuff done, as shorthanded as we are...
