Account Security Officer is part of the Security practice led by Mark Hughes. Work force reductions are insane...I would agree they are moving this work to India

Why would you outsource your contact between the client and MSS to a third party?
I think someone has heard the same message I did from MH that he hadn't decided what to do with the ASO function in his new organisation model... and assumed he meant something entirely different!
Ah, thanks for the clarification. I've often heard the client refer to DXC as a bunch of ASO's and wondered what it meant.
@1oyn there is a rumor that Account Security Officers are being outsourced. I am not aware of any official communication confirming this - rumors are rampant though and someone leaked it here in a cryptic form.
I know the "Security Leader" said the other day that he hadn't decided what to do with ASO's but I'm not sure outsourcing was discussed? Or maybe I just fell asleep during that bit...
