Was supposed to be a re-org being discussed. Anyone hear anything?

Any one has the latest new about the Eng R-org, do they really care about Mid-Term Review ? For the legal review, should it be considered first ?
I've heard two different rumors:.one is that is still under legal review, the other is that we're waiting for midyears to be completed. Both seem equally likely to me.
So managers have been told?
Stalled a bit. Many mgrs told they need to go back to being individual contributors but they haven’t pulled the trigger yet. Meanwhile there were also actions taken pulling MIP from certain band four job Titles.
Not sure if they will even announce changes going forward. May just quietly happen with little fan fare.
