How long do the VERP nominees have to decide if they want to take that option ? How long before management start selecting some people for termination and will it be a worldwide process or just US ? What will the terms of termination be ?

The only people getting pay raises are upper management, bonuses for driving another nail in NOV’s coffin!!!!!!!!

June 11 or the 18th I’ve heard is the probable layoff date.
The only question i can answer is about VERP.
Eligible employees have to decide if they want to accept or decline the offer by June 7, 2019.
If you choose to accept the offer, you sign the paper, scan it and then email it to VERP support team. At that time you get a confirmation that they received it and within 7 days you will receive your package to review. You then have 45 days before you need to sign it and get notarized. You can sign it at anytime during the 45 days. From the day you sign and notarize that document, it will be 7 days later and you will be gone...... Hope this help
