Unless you have no other options or insist to have IBM on your resume and plan to leave with 2 years (if you can last that long) I suggest not working there.

Is IBM hiring? most certainly!!...as long as you're young and aren't fussy about being fairly remunerated.

A lot of those positions are for work from home I see.
Hopefully they are finally figuring out that leasing office space is a waste of money.
They continue to over-hire in GBS, globally. Then when we can’t sell first world talent, we end up with RAs. I have worked for several competitors and I have never seen such poor resource management.
You have to be insane if you want to work for IBM.

IBM set up shop in several one horse towns across the country where the economies have tanked.
The slower locals who refused to leave those one horse towns will gladly work for IBM.
Who wants to work for them? I assume recent grads or 5 to 8 years experience hires.
