Severance compensation what was it 2015 ?

Anyone recall what was Severance compensation handed out was ? Two weeks per Year work or One year per year worked ?

Be sure to find out when your benefits end. Generally, one had until the end of the month that they were laid off before benefits expired. May be different this go around.

All severence will be capped at 6 months, that is what I was told. We will be paid for unused vacation time.

What about unused vacations? Do we get compensated for those or “use it or lose it”?

It was 1 week of pay per year of service but if you had over 20 years of service then it doubled but with a maximum of one years pay. 5 years service = 5 weeks. 20 years service = 40 weeks.
