It is hard to do a job when you constantly feel that you have a target on your back. And before someone says, then why are you still here? There is more to a job then culture. Yes, it’s important, however, other aspects can out way culture. It’s really not that bad of a job. Just wished that senior management was as scrutinized as the rest of us are. We are under a microscope. It’s do this and do that or else. What a horrible, horrible, horrible model. Did I mention what a horrible model this is. A true sign of a great company and leadership is how your teams are treated durning the bad years. Follett, it is time to step up. Your senior management is not doing enough and the amount of turn over in your work force should be proof enough.

Re: price changes & sales targets.
You have an item priced @ $54...it's not selling at that price so, hey raise the price to $60! For college kids already struggling to even buy books !!!
They don't want this c-ap!
Seriously going to get calls asking what our Dailey sales goals are? I’m happy to have 3 people come in! I guess that’s a goal, especially when prices changes come in everyday, going up.
Yes, we do have targets on our backs. It’s true. Meanwhile, I’ve been moved around every time we lose a contract. It’s not really a hot market in every part of this country. That’s why I’m still here.
They stink. You're right. This is how they behave in hot job market. They know people can find other jobs and they're still terrible. What's it going to be like when the longest growth market in history fades?
You're still at follett. Why?
