Well, duh...if management tried to make it s—-k, they’d fail and then it would be great! 😊

-8wda : I believe your response summarizes working for COP correctly. It’s not a very comforting feeling, is it?

You mean the culture is not intentional? So it’s this way just due to incompetence, arrogance, maliciousness, and greed?

Yeas, it probably is harder to leave than it sounds. But make no mistake about it, if you think this place s---s, you CAN leave on your own accord at any time. If you don’t want to leave, then I might suggest you strive to make this place less “s---y”. Feel empowered to strive for change. It’s all about smart growth, superior returns, and SPIRIT values. After all, it’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it here at COP...

“The leave.” That’s exact attitude that makes this place what is

The just leave answer seems to make sense until you actually try to do it. No third party recruiter will help you if they ever want to make any money by placing people at COP again. Even if they’re not retained. Harder than it sounds.

This actually goes back to 2013. Our current CEO had been passed over by our previous CEO. Many of our “leaders” likewise had much to prove.

When they actually took charge they proved their corruption and incompetence. And we’ve all suffered since.

Then leave. The choice is yours.
