There are no layoffs at my office, so I’m curious whether it has quieted down company wide or are we just spared for the time being?

Nice, not enough people there now to answer the phone.
Posted 5/30/19, CTL, Littleton, Colorado. on May 29 there was another surplus announced. This time The SAT title has to go down 3 people. I don't have a exact resolution date but it should be about 8/29/19.
posted 5/22/19, yesterday (5/21) there was a surplus announced in the Littleton, Colorado office. One Complex Translation Tech. (wage scale 1) is surplussed. Resolution date, August 19th, 2019.
Nothing but love for our Dublin support. You have always been there with kind words and a common sense approach for all my issues.
It appears that any common sense is not welcome in the our environment.
They will be offering VSPP every quarter so expect one in July, so if anyone is planning to leave, plan accordingly.
Personally, I believe there will be more. They have to cut everywhere they can. They are too hard up with all the law suits and loss of business to continue as we are now. Plus it can't take a long time to complete a sale off.
Since the recent announcement about a possible sell off of the consumer side does everyone still think their will be more VSPP’s later this year or is everything on hold until they know if we are for sale?
Whats the package offering if any in OH?
Dublin Oh ? whats the exit date on the layoff? what type of jobs were cut?
Well they just laid off a bunch of us in Dublin today. I am not sure of the number but it’s just sad. They said we could stay till the our official last day but I’m thinking about just up and leaving.
Just give them the number to HR. If they ask for a reference use a coworker or someone you trust. It's not as bad as you think. Same issue I had before I left.
Faced with a dilema here. Great job on indeed for me. Pays waayyy more than CTL. But....can we contact your current employer? If i say yes and they do, i i don't get chosen, my boss then knows i am one of the many trying to escape. Then, he could find a reason to fire me.
If i say no, perspective employer will think i have something to hide. Not sure what to do. Great opportunity but if these pricks find out i want out, they could sh--can me
There will be quarterly headcount reductions for the foreseeable future.
They have just tallied the final count on the last 2 VSPPS . As I see it I know in Florida there were about 55 confirmed early outs in the last month, from at least 2 package offerings there may be more . Those are what have been posted here. Last VSPP in SW Florida they took the early outs, and it wasn't enough and the week after the last VSPP'S left there was a layoff if I remember correctly...Here in Florida this go around the magic number touted about was another 100 so based on what been posted here looks to be about 50% of what they hoped for...will they follow with a layoff youll know by June 1 is my guess....Its a damned shame they don't care about the people who got them where they are …...The Customers......hats off to the many who served here proudly good luck to those of you who have chosen the gamble and stayed...I did too for at least 4 VSPP offerings then the writing on the wall was in BOLD PRINT and I took one ...you may consider the same thing ….
Been with company for over 15 years no one is safe, especially call center employees, the company is determined to cut cost at all means, eliminating the union, use contractors at all cost. VSPP will be offered every quarter don’t be surprised a work force reduction is near the corner to satisfy Wall Street, brush up your resume, start working on your exit strategy if you have one, use your benefits: health , educational, dental insurance. I wish everyone the luck except for upper management they can go to hell for my concern, for those help build this company and took care of customers and did the right things for the customers I salute you.
