Read the Ford Motor Company posts. You are all in a Sh-- Hole company lead by egomaniac families. One thinks he is the Captain of the Titanic. The other thinks that they won the Super Bowl.
Anyone left at Oracle who thinks this is a long term career is probably not too smart. Myself and almost everyone I work with work hard. It’s just broken top to bottom. The twenty something’s get paid pretty well to build a resume. The 50+’s also get paid pretty well to transition to retirement or a new career. The old’s aren’t holding back the young’s any more than the young’s are replacing the old’s. The economy is good, if you want something other than what Oracle’s offering take it.
Over 60 and still can take dumps by myself, nice.
