Talent assessments = layoffs???

Likely. Such a terrible environment.

Really depends on the group. Lots of $200k earners in S&MS product. Several promotions last week to the ones who have been kissing a-- to the leaders over the last few years. Not a single deliverable can be attributed to the promoted people. Talk a big game yet not one piece of growth have from them. I’m guessing Steve and gang will realize the lack of growth soon enough. Discover/Zoom will continue eating into their share.

Back to appraisals. Leaders meet to say x amount of employees will get exceeds, x get meets. Slight bonus for exceeds and zero for meets. If they want their good workers to remain loyal and stay with the company, start treating them with respect. Lay off managers. There are so many levels of management and managers with only 1-2 people reporting to them. Those are the people that should go first. The regular workers make between 45-70k. We're not breaking Steve's piggybank.

To be honest with you, part of the layoffs at the end of April and couldn’t be happier at this point after renegotiating package... the CTP is a joke and highly recommend using recruiters that you trust/ ex - employees which are great people!

I would expect the majority of Content, Technology, Service, and Delivery functions to be outsourced.
