We started this process and it's a steaming pile o' 💩!! The dpt mngrs wont deal with the dispose items and keep bringing it back to claims. Our 4 tubs are always overflowing. They wait until we leave and bring everything they are supposed to deal with back to claims. We come in to a huge mess every day. We have to spend 2 hrs per day in clearance isle and it's still a mess. Salaried mngrs are supposed to do dispose audits daily, however we have several days worth of trash sitting around all the time now. What a cluster f*ck!!

@2evg I keep asking if we can designate certain dpts to each tub so it's at least a little bit sorted but mgmt keeps saying no. That's not the program. But they have no answer when I ask why its an issue? It takes longer to separate it all than it would if the tubs were somewhat organized. I think they want us to fail. That's how they are getting rid of us long time associates. My store was the last in the market to start the more to the floor process. I've been talking to other claim Supervisors that have been doing it for a couple months and 2 of them have already been coached because either claims or clearance isle is a mess. I'm just waiting for it to happen to me. SMH at these decisions the pencil pushers are making. Good luck to all claims associates and supervisors. We are gonna need it!
It takes more time to do the 4 tires than it did going thru the 20+ totes. Management said we are suppose to spend 2-3 hours a week in clearance aisle but we have not made it out of claims yet because they expect claims to cover dsd all day too.
Better get used to it. HO is rolling out a new program where everybody in the store has to go up and help at registers. They are also making register training mandatory for everyone, regardless of position.
Basically just figure you have to do all the claims, and the clearance isle. It will save you stress.
