DXC OCIO has been hiring executives while delivery and other organization are taking a sizable haircut to optimize the workforce. It’s just a matter of time for the CEO’s sights to turn to TOP HEAVY OCIO organization. Governing means bulling deliver teams and destroying people? Lots of cursing and yelling, chest beating, making other teams looks bad so the CIO can tell the CEO that he is doing it all. Lying RJ, VP business enablement with is deception and lies continues, hearing will be CIO soon. Backstabbing continues. What a shame. Is OICO layoff coming in DXC? Liars and scammers seems to survive in this company.

Working in a toxic environment is not a ideal situation or ok. Make a formal HR case, they will be forced to take action by law.

OCIO management will be removed and any remaining minions will report to CHRO (Jo) which will together be renamed to HOOR for Human Office Of Rubbish. If JML has any problems, he will tell his management to call his HOOR.
