Are vendors still doing business or have they walked away? Contract employees working through places like Dycom - did they get paid? Other carriers still moving traffic?

We have nowhere to go to get coax and BNC connectors at this point. Our HVAC vendor will no longer come out to the CO's. Less and less vendors are willing to do business with Windstream every week
The vendors I deal with are pay-as-you-go. They want cash up front before they commit to support.
I guess as long as they pay their bills other carriers will allow them to use last mile. At some point vendors will enforce net 30 payments for all transactions if not all ready.
