I was hoping to get some first-hand experiences if there are folks on this board that managed to get a new job at another automotive company. We keep hearing how the market is tough, logic dictates that there are a lot of ox automotive workers on the job market. Is it really all that bad and how hard is it to get a job at the competitor companies?

Meh, got three job offers in the same week. Outlier? Maybe. I know a bunch of friends still looking. Different skill sets though.
