I work for CTL , have a great boss that empowers us to do what it takes to resolve issues for our customers. In many instances what appears to be a network problem is in fact a customer caused issue, in spite of this we do what we can to help them resolve the problem.
I enjoy my work and based on the accolades I receive from customers I know I am making a difference. Not all people or all departments are run like this, but our team rocks, we have an exceptionally bright crew, everyone is helpful and courteous to each other and we work together to do whatever it takes to impress our customers.
Centurylink has some baggage from old school wirelines that take a heavy toll on resources but we have a huge potential and some of the best people you will ever know.
