As the email said, "business need, skillset, and performance." Standard boilerplate HR speech lol... The old HR regime (you know who she is) is the reason how we got to where we are. Crazy hiring sprees the past 2 years, 1,000,000 in 10 nonsense from the past CEO, asset and vertical integration business unit divestitures without sending/letting go associated support with them.
