Just curious, maybe not much since a huge government deal like that might not be forecasted?

no one forecasted a future deal that Oracle didn't quality to participate in the rfp.
What an embarrassing f--- up! Tells the whole world that oracle cloud is a complete and total piece of sh-- that the US military does not want to touch with a 100 mile long pole: ergo nobody else in their right mind should consider doing business with oracle, ergo: oracle is more f---ed then ever.
