Oxy tried for Anadarko according to several articles. Don’t count them out, you may think COP is valued more than people will pay for it...and the company isn’t as golden as the ELT would lead you to believe.
Not OXY. Even a 20% premium for COP, that is over a $90b deal. Not going to happen. You have XOM, RDS, or BP.
