Executive raises

So I just read the company financial report, our poor executive team received their raises for 2018. There was a 6%,13%and a 14%. Poor Larry didn't get a raise in his base but don't worry about Larry, his stock options raised his pay for 2018 to over 21,000,000.

This board needs replaced, all they do is reward these under deserving executives. Any other CEO that would lead a company's stock from a high of 116 to 52 as of today would have been gone a long time ago.

Go ahead and read the financial report they put together for the stock holder meeting, it's good for a laugh and then you can use it to wipe your *** because that's all it's good for.

Forgive me if this is a stupid question, do institutions that own the stock (Vanguard, Schwab, etc.) always vote with board recommendations? I'd love to vote some of them schmucks out but I own squat.

Corporate America at it's best, the executives at all large corporations get huge raises every year no matter the results. So get over it and move on.

Disgraceful!!! Have these execs work in their stores for 1 year and then see if they still earn their fat raises! I'm willing to bet they couldn't hack it!!
