Sadly this is happening to me at Microsoft as we speak; I left a sales role at IBM to come to Microsoft less than 2 years ago. I've had 2 different roles, 3 different managers and the last 2 were horrible and I now find myself on a PIP.
I’d argue harassment and intimidation aren’t as bad at IBM, but incompetent people continue to rise to the top. Which is worse for a company in dire straits?
