Communications have changed with latest senior leadership change. A cascade meeting was shifted out 3 weeks and mid level leadership reconvened restructure meetings yesterday continuing into next weeks.
Posters assume that the direction and communications are not fluid.

Yes, it was propaganda. Numerous posts on this site said people were going to be walked out the door in NA starting this week. Didn’t happen. As the poster below said, propaganda by people who don’t know what’s going on and trying to freak everyone out. It’s unnecessary. Management has communicated when the decisions will be made (for our group it’s end of May) so not sure why there is so much speculation? Pay attention. They are communicating timing.

So the layoffs are real, just who is going to get axed is still unknown.

I have more Van 18 years and I feel very secure. Most of the GS hours in my building have no fear of being let go due to the fact that not many people would want to do my job And you’re not gonna get any contract people that will tolerate what I tolerate every day and my upper management knows that.
