Can someone explain why we have more recruiters on the org chart than we have in most departments? What exactly are we recruiting? That seems to be a lot of wasted money when we are in bankruptcy and people are not exactly beating the door down to get hired here.

They should recruit a new ceo.

They will also be gone - vending machines are cheaper and can 'serve' food 24/7.
The best part of working at windstream is that you dont have to work very hard. Well those of us that have not had a raise in years. Why should we? So senior leadership can grab all the money that should have been used to adjust salaries against inflation for so many years?
It's so much fun to read how wages are increasing in dam near every company except this steaming pile of.......

I saw a guy who is so grateful he was hired a few months ago. He said he looked forward to growing with the company. I didn't have the heart to say, have you lost your mind?
They sure dont help current employees get promoted since TT says thats the only way of getting a raise
Recruiting contractors to replace hourly employees. Automation and online ordering will replace everyone else
Most people don't seem to know or care. Much ignorance with the new ones.
