I keep hearing Windstream is going to emerge from Bankruptcy. Well yes they will, however they still have a chitty network and people who don’t know what’s going on. How can any customer in good mental state move forward with Windstream.

Total Restructuring Disbursements on 4/19 and 5/17 - that $27.2M is likely (2) massive layoffs with benefits/severance/etc.
