Running errands, responding to RFPs not following up on anything except waiting on the next few order. You’re just as guilty as TT.

The Reps have anywhere from 25-300 accounts. They sit at their desk with fingers crossed hoping an order or quote request lands in their lap.
The bad thing is some of them have been on the elite trip riding other people’s work or sneaking in on other people’s account when a lead comes in they shouldn’t have received.

And why don't they know what they sold to the customer instead of me having to audit all they sold. And yes, the audit was for disconnects and was not part of my job descriptions. Isn't that what a sales support employee should do, not an engineering group?????
That sounds to me like the schedule for anyone and everyone that 'works from home' - but that is sanctioned behavior approved by mgmt. With mgmt being the worst offender.
