Thread regarding Avaya layoffs

Do you trust Avaya leadership?

I'm curious how many of us actually believe that the current leadership can turn Avaya around?

Considering that their main response to dropping revenue has so far been layoffs, layoffs and more layoffs, I'm really not seeing a bright future for the company with these people in charge.

Does anybody actually trust them?

The CEO of Avaya raffled off UNC / Duke basketball tickets, then made the employee pay for them. Thousands of employees lost their jobs and he is trying to make a buck on his seats?
The stock has dropped 50% in the last year.

The key to success is automation. They are investing in automation and Cloud which leads to employees layoff. Leadership is doing the right thing.
