I thought we were in cost cutting mode? If that's true, why are we still employing?
And on that note, who in their right mind would join Xerox right now?

From what I could see, it's pretty much all Sales and Service reps, with some Service management
It depends on the job function. We aren't cutting everywhere, and those that do get cut may not have the skills for the open jobs.
