Sadly we who have been tormented by this for half a year have a whole different attitude now even if we don't get laid off. That free overtime you want me to work. No thanks! No matter if we get let go or are left behind to pick up the pieces we will remember Sir. We won't be buying electric Fords or Scooters (what a joke) and we have many, many, many friends and family who are hearing the cold truth on a daily basis about Ford Motor and how it treats loyal employees.

I couldn't agree more with @Ys6o0ys-uex . The people have definitely lost their faith in the company and that will produce consequences.
