Not that we have any choice, but this will go down like any new id--tic idea that they have imposed on us. A little revolt on forum pages, some talk about it around the water cooler, and before we know it it is the new reality. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not talking about unionizing, going on strike or whatever, but has anyone tried to express the satisfaction to the management in an organized manner, so they can get a picture of just how the workers find these changes to be stupid and without effect?

Block scheduling, like every single other thing that has come down is like a sh!t sandwich. If we were forced to eat a sh!t sandwich for lunch everyday, we'd piss and moan about for a while, then after a few weeks we'd say "aw it's not that bad". #sh--sandwichtheory
Any mgrs who raise an opinion that questions anything at all, will be considered a trouble maker. You are doomed from there especially if your CM, or anyone else, including yourself, mentions your thoughts or ideas to those egotistical market mgrs. Keep quiet, give a nod of the head, maybe a little bow down to market manager when they reign their terror on visits and do whatever your daily tasks are.
Yeah, Sam Waltons "Our associates are the best idea generators" quote was gone and buried years ago.
Management has nothing to do with the changes that occur. If they dont comply with the changes they will be replaced.
