Don't you love how all the "reserved" Parking Spots were cleared out before our new full day Friday Hours? was a total ghost town, SVPS and Directors leaving early left and right. The day started out with a half empty parking lot to begin with. The cleaning crew coming in at regular half day hours. I guess no one told them today was the day. What does everyone else think?

Giving us unlimited vacation and then work full day on Friday are really conflicted direction. Finally figure it out that with the so called “unlimited vacation”, the severance package will no longer include unused vacation. Employee who have worked here over 20 years can have a max of 5-week vacation at the beginning of the year. The company clearly has the target for the next round of layoff.
It's a ghost town now. Everyone leaves, including my manager. Time to go home.
At FP we used to leave at 1 o'clock on Fridays. Now that they've taken away that benefit, we work later and leave at 2 o'clock.

The CEO could not have been more clear in his announcement: No more half day Fridays. Work until 5 on Friday.
Stop trying to weasel your way out of it. Thems the new rules, stop with the insubordination.
They should make it all or nothing. That's the only fair way to do it.
Some HR reps said if manager approves you can keep same schedule & early out Friday
It’s laughable that you’re all trying to come up with ways to still get your so called half day Fridays. You’re literally in denial and spending what little brain power you have left thinking you’re out smarting everyone. Guess what, you’re not. They’re keeping an eye on you and just keeping track of your excuses. You’re not fooling anyone. Because you’re a bunch of spoiled miscreants.
Use the unlimited vacation option to flex Friday afternoons.

see how far you can get away with it. pretty soon your bosses will be forced to cough up the early leavers for the next layoffs. you know thats how it works. they'll smile at you and your name's on that list. and boy its better you than them...
In EA we were never given our working hours. We were just told we had to work 40 hours a week. And at last town hall Chuck said he was ok with us leaving early on Friday. So in EA we are only working until 2pm.
Ynot is going to lower the boom - spring break or not. We all have to learn to WORK now. Sigh.
With many of us already had plans to spend time with our kids on spring break, I'm happy most of the bosses allowed us to keep our plans
