Why all of the sudden are there so many top dogs leaving Walmart? Right now I can name 5 and just saw another one this morning. What is going on? Are they leaving on their own or are they being pushed out?

VP announced their retirement from Realty last month....20+ years with the company.....not sure if this was voluntary or involuntary....

getting out before the ship sinks and before they are found out about their unethical business practices.
Some are leaving for other career opportunities. Dollar Tree is hiring as many Walmart executives as possible as well as General Managers to run their logistics. But the mass layoffs last year was a flop. The have admitted to losing to much veteran talent. Look at the driver situation where they offered drivers who left their original hire dates if they returned. Store shelves are going empty and their plans have been a flop.

They are not stupid, watch leadership and you’ll see how the company goes. When you have people in authority and start leaving not a good thing.
They set off the Bombs (policies) that destroyed moral. Now they are getting out before they are found out.
