So tomorrow is the next court hearing on the merger. It’ll be interesting to see how this turns out! Any thoughts on which way the judge might rule? An article I read said people are unsure how far the judge could take this.

Judge now wants an additional hearing on the merger, to be held in May. He wants to hear from critics of the merger in a hearing that could take a week. So no decision made today, and the court saga goes on. The longer this goes on...
In light of another major insurance purchase the judge sees there is more goble goble to come so he will not stand in the way.
