OP, if you want to do something about it, why don't you report it to Weights and Measures?
It’s obviously supposed to be like $4.15 or $4.59 and someone threw in aan extra digit. It doesn’t matter anyway because after freecash and SYW discounts it’ll be free.
I think the message was KMart won't get business when you can get the same item on Amazon for $3.
