Thread regarding Sungard Availability Services layoffs

We deserve an apology

As far as I’m concerned, we all deserve an apology for Stern and all of the LT. They have completely destroyed this company for what was a very promising place to be. As for the so-called Leadership team, they have done zero leadership. They should all be fired and their compensation should be given to us that had to deal with this mess for years. They should really be ashamed of themselves.

Yeah that makes sense creditors now take full control and run the show.

I genuinely don’t know what is going to happen now like will Stern and his army of teletubbies walk with him?

Will the creditors get rid of all existing senior VPs?

Surely they can’t get rid of any more staff without effecting service

I do know that any LT member that had an equity stake in the company no longer does... that was part of the agreement with new owners.

Got more chance of Stern winning CEO of the year than getting an apology.

Check Susan Lynch’s LinkedIn accomplishments “refinanced $900 million debt”

Be ready for a bloodbath once creditors take charge only saving grace for urge UK is a buy out but nobody wants to buy.

Stern must have had a target to reduce the debt by any means to get his bonus for the year before he swims off into the sun and make it he did what he could.

Only thing I can say with creditors taking charge there’s no way any VPs/ SVPs will be able to stick around because of their salaries so May Day is going to be a movie script
