The new gameplan involves no, none, zero field personnel or wells at all. Las Colinas will make money for the company by generating new policy and procedures that are beyond oil.

Las Colinas wouldn’t get paid without Midlands field staff.
The lease ops should be looked at cause most of them s--- at their job and are completely useless.
I would say, the closer to the wellhead the safer the job security.
