Usual 2nd round cuts get 2 wks for each year of service plus all the accumulated vacation, stock, etc. However today’s was much more generous than usual - so maybe 2nd round will also be more generous than usual? Who knows.
are we talking 3 months of severance? 6? has anyone survived a round like this before or is it unprecedented.
not a senior. not near retirement. i'm talking down the line. pretty sure functional but relatively unnecessary to profit cogs like myself will get cut.
Not anywhere near as good as what was offered today. If you qualify, you should take it.
