2019 No more: Profit Sharing, Merit Raise, Mobile Benefits

Part of 2019 HR official objectives are to reduce costs across the board - No more Profit sharing, no more merit raise and no longer extension of mobility benefits... pretty bad for highly specialized personel who were asked to move out of their original location to find themselves trapped with high cost of life and no real profits...

Stock options are expected to be great this year given our bad overall performance... yet probably if you are a consciensious and hardworking person reading this — because you don’t get where we are heading as a company — then you don’t fit the requirements to get some stocks.

Expected affected Populations - UK(Abingdon, London), France(Mpl), Norway (Svg, Asker), USA (Boston, Cali.), China (Beijing)...

What a load of non-sense...

For the lower grades in ops the benefits did get cut. Especially outside NAM. The average age is determined by nationality and such things but most importantly by serious azzkissing. I mean nobody left who knows jack. Lots of people superficially talking big game but are completely useless. That's the same anywhere. True is, that real top management increased their pocket size though. Of cause, in time of trouble your subordinates will do anything to keep their job and benefits. So yes, they took advantag of them. This company is not a company. It's a pig stall that deserves nothing but being defunct.

Slum still pays better than other service companies, slum still keeps senior people and highly paid staffs while other ofs companies reduced avg age to below 27! Even operators stopped paying benefits, years ago.

So stop winning and get back to work.
