One thing is certain - If they open it up to voluntary, knowing top talent can take package and find jobs fairly quickly, then retention isn’t a concern. They’re prepping for a sale or merger if that happens.

Only good part to voluntary is you get rid of dead weight that doesn’t want to be here. Otherwise, I agree. The good voluntaries will find jobs and they know it. Tough call.
Not sure if there will be voluntary. We will lose so much top talent if they open it up to that. We are already cleaning house with little remaining, especially in the way of veteran/senior leadership Will be interesting to see, but I think it is a mistake if they do.
Yeah...watch the email directory and they’ll drop out as they walk out. Might take a few days after but pretty quick they’ll go away. TF is out of there. Haven’t checked the others.
Don’t think the boxes will come out quite yet. Guessing they’ll do the voluntary layoffs first, early retirement, etc. That will take time because they’ll give people time to think it over. High dollar executives that are cut will go out quietly (if they’re not already gone, that is....)
So quiet....hear the crickets? Where’s mgmt? Haven’t seen too many boxes yet.
