too much unskilled and unnecessary management, making serious money with inflated salaries, and they haven’t got a clue what they’re doing. New hires getting brought in cuz they’re someone’s relative or buddy, who we then have to train to learn how to do their basic job.

maybe they should work as hard now as they did when they were “building” this company. Now they just sit around with this entitlement like fat cats. Collecting a check and refusing to work hard, learn new process, technology. Just sit around and it it “like we always have done it”.
