When are the cuts going to start happening? GM did it basically all at one time. I was expecting the same for Ford. However, it seems like a trickle. Is it going to happen 2nd quarter? Is the bulk of it going to come from axing Europe? How many in North America?

Yes, originally the reduction was supposed to happen throughout Q2. I know a ton of folks who took the buyout and early retirement last year, plus a lot of folks who left for greener pastures this year. I would be surprised if Ford didn't announce some kind of mass layoff by May or June.

April 8 will some departments will have cuts. May 21 some departments will have cuts. There will also be a few orgs that have cuts in June.
