I heard more layoffs happen yesterday on the national side. I dont have numbers or departments but I do know it came down without notice yesterday.

NASC. Last day is 4/6/19).
Word is that the last 10 or so in the NASC go Friday. Notice was given a few weeks ago.
it always comes with OUT notice , Stealth Layoffs , the compassionate business model, does not lead to sabotage , good for the company, would not want men who have been responsible for millions of dollars off equipment and revenue to pee on the fiber jumpers as they are kicked out the door.
